Privacy
This page explains what this site measures and how you can control it.
Last updated: October 2026
What is collected
This site has no accounts, forms, or newsletter. When you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects:
- Pages you visit and how you arrived (referrer).
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (Google truncates the IP).
- Device, browser, language, and basic interaction data.
Nothing is used for advertising, and no profiles are built by guidobuilds.
Cookies
Google Analytics only runs after you press Accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are created and no request is sent to Google. When accepted, Google sets:
-
_ga— distinguishes browsers, expires after 2 years. -
_ga_12SX78YQY3— keeps session state, expires after 2 years.
Legal basis
Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, the ePrivacy Directive. You can withdraw it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer; this also deletes the analytics cookies from your browser.
Processor and transfers
Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Retention follows the property's Google Analytics settings (2 months for user-level data by default); aggregate reports are kept longer.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
